I need a new second (spare) ignition key/remote for my 997 C2S - an OPC has quoted me over £200 to get a new key (blade, remote & reprogram the remote) - does anyone know of a cheaper option?? The OPC said there is NO point buying a key off the internet like fleaBay as the CANNOT be reprogrammed to suit my car. Is this true?? Ive noticed a few people selling keys and remotes for a 997 on eBay stating that they just need reprogramming?? Anyone know if it can be done and if so how???
