Users can experience problems accessing their accounts or for tech reasons their user account can be deactivated.

Do not worry as the team at 911uk are here to help with the mystery of technology !

Will need to contact [email protected] stating your user name and email address in order to resolve problems in the following circumstances.

Examples of such situations are as per the following:

Changing your Email in your user profile, a notification email will be send out to verify your account changes, until this email is verified your account is disabled by the system.

If for some reason the email is not received your account within an hour, you will need to contact the site by email confirming the details of your change to have your account manually reactivated.

This is the most common occurrence, since various software security upgrades.

Repeated Password Input Errors, after a set number of password input errors the system will deactivate your account and you will have to contact the site by email to reactivate your account.

If you do forget your password you can automatically request a new password by visiting the following web address http://www.911uk.com/profile.php?mode=sendpassword

Excessive Bandwidth Usage, after a set quote per month the system will deactivate your account (designed against web bots) but this can also be trigged by Excessive Login Periods for the same reasons. Users will have to contact the site by email to reactivate your account.

Dormant Accounts, after a set period users accounts are automatically deactivated, to have an account reactivated users will have to email contact the site by email.

There are a host of other Technical reasons why the system may automatically deactivate your account, but should an account deactivation occur and none of the above solutions have worked, please contact the site by email with your user name and email address so that we can look into the problem.

Note, all admin account queries and password requests can take up to 48 hours to complete.

regards
The Team at 911uk.
