Just had a sneek pre launch peek of the facelifted 997
NO INTERMEDIATE SHAFT
one of the week point of water cooled engines solved at last!!!!!
The PCM 3 looks really 21 century
I must admit the facelift isn't easy to spot, but underneath the car is totally different, loads of new electrics which will be shared with the panamerica
The technicians tell me the PDK is amzing, the gearchange is instantaneous,
The Carrera S is apparently now as quick as a 996 Turbo
