That pic looks seriously photochopped to me......for instance, how can a front wheel come to shreds like that? There looks to be some doctoring of the photo around that area, no.....?

it is real, the after effects of one of a Police Chase after the tyres were taken out
 
Maxxie, you obviously don't watch the cruddy police chase shows? This happens when they use the stinger tyre spike strips and they don't stop when the tyres are flat. It makes a right mess of the roads too when the drive on the rims.....
