I have a pretty much mint 1996 Polar Silver 993 C2 Manual which after 6 yrs of ownership I am now about to advertise for sale.

It is a pretty high spec car - these are the details from the original order:

Colour : A8A8 Polar Silver
Trim : Special Order Flamenco Red (this is a very dark red)
Aluminium Gearshift/Handbrake
Silver Tech Instrument Dials
Lowered Sports Chassis (Front 10mm Rear 20mm)
Motor Sound Package
Sports Seats
Rear Wiper
Coloured wheel centres
Top tinted windscreen
Air Con
3rd Brake Light

Car has done 42k and has a full history with main dealers and specialist

Just wondered what feelings are as to how much I should ask for it?

Many thanks

Hmm Hard to price as the 993 prices seem to be all over the place !

I would say (as long as its a nice one) somewhere around £26-28k !

If its a quick sale you want, maybe with that mileage Mark at Stirlings would make you an offer !!

Depends I suppose on which parts have been replaced?

42,000 miles will be due various part replacements if they haven't been done.

Lots of people buy on mileage though so I guess you will do well.

Silver popular, flamenco red interior less so!

I'd guess Daniel is pretty close with prices.

Good luck with the sale - why you selling/changing?

Thanks for the replies

In answer to the question I am selling it solely due to the fact that we are buying a new apartment in Chester which simply does not have enough allocated parking for the three cars we currently run - I have always run a second car for work as I never have and still dont want to subject the 911 to 15,000 miles a year and the accompanying daily NCP car parks.

Need to sort out some photographs but the interior is really pretty dark red and was actually one of the main reasons I bought it.....! Each to their own I suppose!

I have a litte price modeller I used when I bought my 993 15m back. Have maintained it since in background. Dont have all your car details but assuming condition is good all round and no major works due model says ~£28k for a private sale is fair value. Trade in would be be 2-3k less typically.
