how many miles for brake pads?

how many miles should my brake pads last? They were changesd about 10k miles ago and to my knowledge have done 2 track days since as well tso that's about 12k miles?

Also how long do the rotors last? When these bits need replacing am i best going with the OEm pads/rotors or with better pads and cross drilled rotors?

Also one last question, how often do the braked need bleeding?
