The car has not moved out of the garage since it has been finished! Problem is I now have a dilema in that I want to drive it, but don't want to lose the finish!! Sure the 300 mile trip down to Devon on Friday will cure that problem though!

At least the £100 worth of new cleaning stuff comes from cleanandshiny tomorrow :)
ready to make it all nice and shiny again - takes my total spend on cleaning products/wax/etc this year to something in the region of £500
. No one tell the wife though!

G - your shots are looking nice mate - thought you said you didn't know how to use that camera!!

Clipstone, its all down to the law of averages, I take lots of shots and sometimes a few come out non-blurry! :p

How many microns did you have to remove to fix all those swirls - they are the worst I've ever seen (on a Porsche!).

Not many Chris, 1-3 maximum, that is partly the reason it took a long time. This is flat black and very unforgiving in terms of showing up defects. The car will get a few marks in the future no matter how careful Clipstone is, therfore it will be perfectly safe to paint correct it again in the future.

The wax used was Zymol Concours.
