I think I've seen this guys car on cardomain.com, I recognised the interior, it's that sickening "greeny" colour (apologies for any offence to any who may have this interior, my opinion only!) - special order apparently! I think he is over in Bahrain from memory.

Idiot, but having driven in the middle east namely Beirut, they are crazy and you really "have to be in it to win it" and it's certainly not for the faint hearted.

More money than sense from what I can see.
