Powered driver's seat - manual over-ride?

Forward/backward seat adjustment has a problem - only the right hand rail is driven, the left-hand side of the seat won't move. Leads to a crabbing motion when I try to move the seat forward.

I've taken the seat out before, and it's a cinch - but the position the seat is fixed in now is covering the rear bolts. I really need to somehow manually adjust the seat forward - any suggestions as to how this can be done?

Thanks,Ian

Very simple actually. After consulting that wonderful diy resource p-car I followed the instructions at
http://p-car.com/diy/seatshaft/
. One of the flexible drives had popped out, easy to pop back in (without removing the seat) - and full power back and forth again!
