Does anyone know as a % how many 996's suffer from this problem?

Not sure I would attempt the fix myself - I like the way he says it is easy and then explains it for 7 pages!

Not just 996s have RMS problems, 993s and 997s too. Nobodys safe

Recently read over on rennlist a guy on his 2nd RMS on a GT3!! :(

Moral of the story keep up with the warranty.

Now I've decided to 'get wet' and bought from an OPC looks like I'll have to keep up with the warranty.

Chris/Mark

The ext warranty does cover RMS this is one warranty job OPCs do not quibble about.
