A chap at work here has a very sparkly 3.2, but wants to get his wheels refurbed.

He's been quoted £1200.00 + vat and a month to do it.

Is that outrageous? and if so, are there any ideas out there as it does seem a bit lumpy to me!!

Porsheshop will sell you a set of reconditioned 16" ones on an exchange basis.

See
http://www.porscheshop.co.uk/acatalog/road_wheels_porsche_cars.html
and scroll down to about 3/4 way down.

£381 all in, or £875 on a non-exchange basis.

I had some a few years ago- I seem to recall you could opt for either matt or shiny spokes. They were nicely done.

Robert.
