Guys,

Just got offered £28.500 cash on a private sale for my T-reg 1999 996 C4 tip.

The car has sh*t loads of options, is in great condition, serviced, silver with grey leather, 62K on the clock.

Fair offer? I want to go back to 993 ownership and need as much as I can obviously....

Answers?

depends on the gap on what the trade offered, which I assume was a less..

also your time is also a consideration and having cash means you can get a good 993 deal.....

based on what I've seen, seems ok......... I guess 30+ would have been better but it is a buyers market, which will apply when you buy.....

Trade gave me 25 (autobahn) and 27 (RSJ).

Surely 30+ seems realistic...........

Despite the generous offers from some of the forum members who thought that 28K was a good price I stuck out and got a £5 short of £35K for my 98S with 52,000 and plenty of options. Be patient!

£34995 is an excellent price you got for a 98S 996 C4 with 52k miles!

I've just bought a pristine 2001Y with 35k miles for the same price.

I think I'll get you to sell my car for me when I decide to change!
