I know you have it advertised on here and in Topmarques as well but as a few people on this thread have rightly suggested, you are unfortunately targetting quite a small market. Its an expensive specialist car and you cannot offer finance or trade in facilities. In order to broaden your scope try and advertise where you are most likely to see these sort of cars. You have already covered this site and Topmarques so try
www.pistonheads.co.uk
, Autocar have a classified section and so does the drive section of the Sunday Times also what about the dedicated Porsche mags, its free to advertise in 911 & Porsche World. The more exposure it gets the more likely it will come accross its next owner. If you want the asking price then you will have to be patient.

Good luck

Charlie,

Many thanks for the info.I have added the add to 911 & Porsche world FOC< so we will see it sometihng happens, also added it to or tried to - to piston heads but their online form wont allow it to be posted i have contacted them ref this so again hopefully something wll be added. I have also submitted the to the times drive section and added it onto GT porsche website.

Ref the finance, the car is also with
www.cardata.co.uk
and they can offer finance on the car, so if you know any interested parties, then let them know if you can that this is an option.

Many thanks once again to all that are adding info etc to the initial post makes for good reading, and hopefully (pinkies crossed) will allow someone to either pay the asking, or realsitically make a serious offer which im also open to .

Glad to be of service. Can I drive it before you sell it??? Well next time you pop over the bridge.

Another bloke to maybe have a chat with is Jeff White (Jeff White Motors, Cardiff) He runs a huge business mainly selling BMW's, Mercs and other top end cars. I (hate to admit it) had a 3.2 TT which he bought off me and actually gave me over the book price. He also used to have a 996 C4S himself so is a porsche man. Maybe worth giving him a ring as if anything he may be able to point you towards someone.

Chris,

don't know if you've sold or not yet, but let me give you a benchmark. I've just bought a GT3 (last week) through a dealer at 57k. It was low mileage like yours with Porsche warranty, sport seats (not buckets), carbon pack, carbon steering wheel, xenons & spotless.

Not sure if any if this is good news or not, but may help you get to a reasonable price.

Good luck with the sale
