Just carried out the replacement bearing "fix" on

Highly recommended. I'm no spannerman but it only took me about 2 hours: And now the wing goes up & down silky smooth and quiet. No more coffee grinding noises! Can't believe the difference such a small bearing (and a dollop of grease) makes.

I have a spare bearing (improved sealed version). First to drop me a PM with your address can have it gratis.
