Is this a regular occurence?

Water droplets on the inside of the lens and also in the central Porsce emblem.

Is it a fault or feature?

Its an unfortunate feature. The suggested cure is to dry them out and silcon seal them. I think I also read once that you can drill a hole in the bottom to encourage any water that does get in to flow/evapourate out.
