Speedo prob, C2 '92

Can anyone tell me where the connections for my speedo (C4 1992) can be found at the ABS end. I have read the forums and almost written off the idea of a sensor being at fault (no ABS lamp), and have checked the connections on the back of the speedo and they are ok. I just need to find the other end to check before I probably buy a new speedo.

Also, does anyone know what each of the 5 pins on the connector on the back of the speedo do, ie what voltage should I be on each one if all is ok or faulty.
