Adjustment of N/S windscreen washer

As per the title, the 'outer" of the N/S windscreen washer jets is pointing at an obtuse angle and spraying to far to the N/S (off the vehicle) and to low.

Any pointers before I start buggering about with the thing? Had a close look at it today and unsure how best to adjust it.
 
A needle will suffice.
