At last someone apparently agrees with me on the sunroof ( lack of )
I also struggled not going for the best audio...but to be honest the Bose as I selected in the end is quite good enough for this car ...and the incremental cost just did not feel like value.

otherwise ...VERY pleased with the car ( 4S )

Excellent! And welcome... yup, a few boxes thicker there!!! Fair play.

I had the blue interior in my last 911, lovely colour.

When’s your expected delivery?

Cheers! Very nearly ordered a C2S, but I figured I'd start off with the base car and see how things go. I've not seen the Graphite Blue interior in person, only photos. Hope it works with the Crayon exterior!

I have a build slot in April so I've been told delivery should be around June time?

I did the same as you... my last car was my first Porsche and I went for Base Carrera 2, with the blue interior (without seeing one). You’ll love it, great car and great interior!

I simply went for a 2S this time as the deal was too good to turn down and they only did the S for the first year.

They turn up pretty quick once built. Within a few weeks. It’ll be here in no time at all. Looking forward to seeing the photos!

There’s loads of photos of my blue interior in the 991 section of this forum. “Daily driver” thread...

I had a bit of a rethink and slimmed down my options... felt it was a bit daft overspeccing a base carrera. Realised that my minimum spec was pretty much the same as the brand new demonstrator (It had 10 miles on the clock) that my local OPC gave to me over the weekend bar a couple of nice to have options.

So I've gone and bought the demonstrator instead Floor Get to pick her up next week Very Happy Just need to decide if I want the PPF done to it or not!

Spec of the new car:

Agate Grey Metallic
Black leather interior (Crayon stitching)
Electric slide/tilt glass sunroof
Electric folding exterior mirrors
Sports exhaust system in black
Sport Chrono Package incl. mode switch
Power Steering Plus
20 / 21-inch RS Spyder Design wheels
Wheel centre set with full-colour Porsche Crest
LED main headlights including Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS Plus)
Automatically dimming interior and exterior mirrors with integrated rain sensor
Privacy glass
ParkAssist including reversing camera
Light design package
Sports seats Plus (4-way, electric)
Heated steering wheel
White rev counter instrument dial
Porsche Crest on headrests
Illuminated door sill guards in brushed aluminium darksilver
BOSE® Surround Sound System

Happy days!

Neoto, fantastic spec and great on the demonstrator! Agate is one of my favourite colours, you are going to love it.

Only about 6 more weeks until mine turns up.....!

Had the car 3 weeks now! Opted to have PPF applied to the car before collection. Was done at at Topaz. Whilst it was there I had ceramics applied to the entire car inside and out. They will price match if you call them up. Was able to match the quote from a local detailer who I normally use. Was nearly a 40% reduction in the end Surprised

Weather has been pretty bad so I've only been able to put 550 miles on her so far. I've noticed the engine feels significantly looser and louder during the last drive. Not sure if this is because she's had 2 tanks of v-power through her or if its because the engine is starting to run in a little? No idea what the dealer put in her when I picked her up (there's a Tesco petrol station next door to the dealership). Maybe its both?

Really happy with the spec. The illuminated door sills are worth it IMO. Would deffo spec that again. The only thing I would change/add on the next one would be Surround Camera and 18 way memory seats. I've gotten too used to the mirror auto dipping in reverse and miss it! I'm absolutely loving the car. Looking for more excuses to drive atm!

Fantastic, great colour. I was very torn between Agate and Midnight Blue.

I would be interested to know what you paid in the end from Topaz. They are quoting me for mine in a few weeks! I’ll send you a DM.

Enjoy the car, it looks great.
