Noise when braking

Hi,

I have started to notice a kind of throbbing noise from the rear when braking in my C4S.

It sounds a bit like a wheel bearing worn in tone, but it only happens when I brake. Any ideas?

Only had the car for 3k miles, not sure when the pads and discs were last changed, but the pad material looks thick enough.

Thanks
Wayne

What sort of shape are the rear discs in, bearing in mind that the inside surface is probably a lot worse than the outside...?

Usually it's the passenger shitting themselves.. but i think that's not the case here

Having a closer look they are showing quite a lip on the outer edge, cant see the inner yet but the outer is looking worn
