60k+ mile 2015 Targa 4GTS - worth considering?

How long is left on the warranty?

If a few months then there really is no point, wait until the last 30 days, book it in for it's 111 point check and extend then.

Best to go for 2 years, saves a few hundred quid, and is great come resale.

If the mileage is still bothering you phone a few specialists and ask if they would take the car off you with said mileage and gauge feedback, personally I wouldn't be buying a car with that high miles but if the price is right then I'm sure someone will, case in point will be the price though!

I really like that car looks cracking :thumb:

The car looks fantastic great spec, 60K is ok now but as said will hurt it on re sale when you pile a few more miles on it.

I don't like the idea of SOR why wouldn't he take it back to Chester OPC for them to buy outright & settle any finance.

I would want clear proof of title & finance settlement or maybe look elsewhere
Ultimately if you did buy it I would just use it & enjoy not worrying about miles or future defects, it is a special car after all. :?:

It is a stunning car, it's clearly on SOR with outstanding finance, so someone's still paying the monthly's :thumb: which might be good for bargaining? Targa GTS aren't cheap but those miles would still worry me, presumably you've looked at the other one owner GR GTS targa for similar money with 40 odd on clock?
Edit. Actually the lady owner was clearly Mrs Stevie Wonder to spec that interior and remove all the Alcantara

Yes, I saw that. Maybe it's not as bad in the flesh?? Still not going to see it though. I thought a red & black interior was a no for me until I saw it in the flesh and then totally changed my mind. Really like it in a white or black car.

......... and I'll want to extend the warranty too. And on that subject - can I (hypothetically speaking) add another year to the warranty now rather than waiting for the current one to expire?

You'll need to put it through a 111 point check but yes you can extend it at any time for another one or two years.

By doing it for two years you save a couple of hundred quid on the warranty itself but also won't have to spend c£200 for an intermediate 111 point check.
