Looks like I will be needing tyres soon .
Can I use a 'normal" tyre fitting company or will Porsche this a wobbler with my warranty ?
I plan on I'm using the correct spec tyre ( N0 )

As long as they're N rated and the correct size who fits them won't affect your warranty.
 
If you are going for Pirellis don't forget the PCGB deal whereby you get £100 of Esso petrol if you are buying 4 x 18 inch.
