Hi All,
I am looking at replacing the angled strut bearing at the same time as replacing the top mounts on my Carrera 4 997.
Following a quick search, it appears that you can get Hamburg Technic for about £25, Porsche for about £34 or weirdly....a very rare reference to Sachs at about £10 each !
What is the story here? In the US the Sachs parts are readily available https://www.pelicanparts.com/More_Info/99634350100.htm?pn=996-343-501-00-M10
but in the UK, a very limited number of old listings https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-Sachs-...rsche-996-997-Strut-Mount-Front-/264373223975
However one of these linked Sachs Part Number 801 035 i.e https://www.autodoc.co.uk/sachs/1229559 which looks rather familiar with the same indents on the side but oddly for a Bravo !
Is Sachs/Porsche limiting the direct referencability to this part in the UK? As does seem readily available in the US
