This is something I've done in the past for other marques for limited edition models......usually with the co-operation / assistance of the manufacturer :nooo: (Porsche are not interested)........but it can be fun and so I thought I would start it for my boxster Black Edition :bandit:
The 987 Black Edition is an interesting car in that it is really a prequal to the 981GTS ie all the best options with some bespoke trim and a power hike. It was also fitted with the 987 Spyder engine (slightly higher capacity and HP than a boxster S)

of the 987 made worldwide 85 in total where registered between 2010 - 2011 in the UK
and 78 still registered (I know of at least one currently being broken for parts)....

and then really individual options such as body colour centre console, carbon trim, etc......
The following register will try to capture the differences between each car in the UK and is designed to be "built up" over time from cars advertised for sale or owners contacting me with the details of their car to add to the register......
