Warning bleep every 6 seconds?

Could it be something like the alarm siren battery on the way out?

You get this on Audi's where it makes a quiet beeping sound with no codes logged, eventually the alarm starts randomly triggering, just a thought.

What type of code scanners are people using? Any recommendations?

See if I can get one to hand for when I get back next week.

2 weeks worry for nothing. Car 100% normal. Think I'll test the seatbelt warning next time I have a passenger but I can't imagine that would come through the stereo.
Gremlins perhaps?
Glad that the only thing it needs is a wash.
