Hi All,

My son is looking to get a manual 996.

It's frustrating looking at the usual eBay adverts etc as they don't contain the history of the car or work undertaken. So looking to the enthusiasts on here who know their 996's!

Only musts really is a manual gearbox and good history including all work done particularly the usual IMS, RMS work.

If anyone's considering selling or can point me towards any adverts I might have missed do let me know.

Based in Cheshire but willing to go anywhere for the right car.

Cheers

Early cars don't generally need the IMS bearing doing. I would actively look for an early car where the IMS bearing hasn't been touched. Good luck in your search, they are super cars.

Thanks MC, the search and learning curve begins :?:
