Not mine but a certain Richyd :thumb:

Collected today and already had a chance to experience Wet Mode with today's rain.

The only surprise is the Porsche Cup Holder recall :wack:

Very nice. Spoke to OPC in Leeds earlier today, 6-8 month wait now for a 992.

I was told, it is being redesigned. I assume hot coffee interfacing with surrounding electrics/trousers has failed in real life....
I have an insert in mine that finishes it nicely, it looks different to the one in the pics above which appears to just be the body. I wouldn't use the cup holder for drinks regardless.

Yup - I've got a finisher in mine to but, having chased my cup holder a few times, I've had no response from the dealer and certainly no info on it either..

Mine has a rubber finisher and it looks just fine I think. Handy place to put the key when driving, along with my phone.

Really happy with the car. It's a stunning piece of design. Sounds good for a turbo too.

Sport-tex seats are grippy, can't help but think they are better for a drivers-specced car. Rear wheel steer keeps the nose where you want it, haven't found any understeer yet but haven't really pushed on too hard yet either.

Tonbridge prepped the car wonderfully. Very happy with it!

Love the look of the Sport-tex seats too - very nice!! Practical as well, as you say.

What do you think of the virtual dials so far?
 
Is that GT Silver or the new dolomite?

how's it compare to the 991
 
Thanks. The dials in white are not really an expensive option, but they really lift the interior.

Hard to compare it to my old 991.2GTS as I've only done about 60 miles in it, and am trying to run it in a little.

I have RWS, and thew nose is defo more pointy and finds an apec far easier. Refinement is up, car feels more rigid but better damped, so no firmer at all. Apparently the dampers take 500 miles or so to run in, but it's meant to be magic-carpet smooth!

So far, very happy apart from a squeeky drivers seat, which I'm hoping will settle with miles.
