Electric window problem

Hi All,
I'm pretty sure that this fault must have arisen before but haven't been able to find it on the forum.
The drivers side window sometimes fails to drop when opening, so doesn't allow the door to close after opening. I currently have to drop the window using the switch, although this sometimes takes a while to work.
Answers would be much appreciated !

Microswitch on the inside of the door handle is playing up. Seen here in this photo with the Purple arrow:
