What did you buy your 996 this week......?

Replacement boot strut - OE quality (stablilus) from carparts4less @ £22.87

Tooks 5 minutes to fit and no more suprise slamming of the boot on my hands / head

A tiny dehumidifier from B&M £29.99 as I think the sunroof seals are letting in moisture and the carpet/paddiing behind the passenger seat is wet, hardly surprising after 20 years.................and it`s doing it`s job :thumb:

Mine is in for a gearbox oil change and oil pressure sender today. I'm hoping the former will sort some of the cold morning niggles from the tip box.

Replaced exhaust manifold bolts

Had the rusty manifold bolts removed and the titanium studs supplied by TDF fitted by a small engine repair shop. Only two bolts sheared so the bill was very reasonable. They also fitted marine grade stainless bolts to the manifold to exhaust system flange.

Meyle rear toe arms - £110/pair.

Aerokit II Cup rear spoiler. Correct colour too. Just got to remove the GT3 badge and give it a little bit of detailing then will be good to fit.
Just need to find some genII side skirts and external look will be complete.
Thanks to Jin for sourcing this part for me

More of a built not bought, but at least now I can get the car up and fit some of the parts that I have bought. If I can get the time.
And yes, the starter ramp is wider and offset to set the angle I have to get into my garage
