Cayenne rear light removal

Hi guys , I have a 2013 cayenne and are trying to remove the rear lights , I have found something on YouTube on how to remove the main unit but can't see anything on removing the unit that's in the boot lid has anyone done this and could you let me no?

Do a search through the Cayenne Forum... I've just done this on my 2013 and have written it up....
