997 cab rear window felt strip

Hi all

Have a 997 C4S Cab and the rear quarter window felt strip is worn has
Patch's of rubber where the felt is missing can this trim piece be easily replaced OPC wants to replace the whole window at a cost of 500 quid

That's the part it looks like it's glued to the glass
And isn't that easy to remove so may be easier to replace the glass
