I've just finished a big restoration project on a Z3M Coupe, and need to move on the E46 to make way for the breadvan which is due back shortly.

Basic details:
- 2005 (54 plate) E46 M3 manual
- Carbon black with black Nappa interior
- Mileage: 82,900 (May rise a little as being used)

I bought the car a few years ago from a member of the m3cutters forum who had carried out a meticulous set of work which is all documented in the following build thread: https://forums.m3cutters.co.uk/threads/gav78s-carbon-black-e46-m3-coupe.44697/

Highlights of the previous owner's work include:
- Complete OEM suspension overhaul, front and rear
- Besian VANOS upgrade
- New headlight lenses and gaskets fitted
- Illuminated door sills fitted
- Installed MKIV sat nav unit
- New rear quarter panel on driver's side (fitted by BMW under warranty.)
- BM54 stage 1 amp upgrade with Bluetooth streaming
- Rainbow speaker install with sound deadening, etc
- New anti roll bar bushes fitted
- New BMW upper steering coupler fitted
- New BMW wing mirror glass (both sides)
- New HK rear shelf speaker covers
- New windscreen

The suspension refresh was carried out by a well-known specialist called Darren Wood, using all genuine BMW parts.

I've owned the car for a few years now and have carried out some more enhancements. I've tried to list below as many as I can remember but I'm sure some are missing:
- Full CSL Carbon Airbox (Evolve clone of of the original BMW one) installed by a well known user on the cutters forum
- Wayne Schofield live remap (to accomodate Airbox)
- HK subwoofer upgrade using the Kenwood component system which fit the original brackets (so looks OEM)
- Genuine CSL alloys (recently fully refurbished)
- Braking system upgrade: BMW Performance fronts and Porsche Brembo rears
- All callipers were recently fully refurbished and powder coated in BMW M Blue (as used in newer models)
- Recaro Pole Position seats in Nappa Leather (matches the interior perfectly); installed with VAC motorsports billet Floor adapters and Recaro runners.
- I recently purchased and refurbished a set of OEM heated leather seats (which could be available by separate negotiation)
- Subframe reinforced as a preventative measure (by Scott's/BMR)
- Full rear end suspension refresh including powder coating, etc
- New sub-frame poly bushes, new year poly diff bushes
- Recent Inspection II service (including spark plugs, engine flush, fuel system cleaned, etc)
- Electric rear window blind installed
- Full switch panel (the car did not have seat heating from factory, but believe this can now be wired in)
- AC Schnitzer rear exhaust muffler
- Carbon rear diffuser
- 330d shift lever mod (shortens throw, much nicer than standard)
- Retrofit folding mirrors (original BMW parts)

The car has has seen £1000s spent on it: eg. my recent bill from Scott's alone was almost £6,000. I have a folder of paperwork history to go with it.

The car has a full service history, from BMW Main dealership and recognised independents. I used Scott's in Dartford for the most recent work, and prior to that it was looked after by BMS Surrey in my ownership. I'm happy for anyone interested to speak with Scott's/BMS who know the car well.

I've tried to price the car competitively @ £17,750 in light of the various extras that it has. I know it's worth more to strip the bits, but seems a shame to take the car apart, given it all goes so well.

I'm happy to arrange a viewing of the car but please note that any test drives will require proof of fully comprehensive Insurance.

In terms of bad bits, there is a small area of bubbling on the rear arch, as shown in the pictures (i believe it is an area less than the size of a 10p coin).

Thanks for looking!
