So the majority of the work underneath is now complete, I replaced the bolts/nuts and brackets that support the cats at the rear of the block, a bit fiddly without removing the pipes but do able. With help from my mrs working the pedal I bled the brakes, although the fluid is coming out of the calipers air free the pedal still feels awful although all the calipers do clamp firm, more work required there sometime.
Time for a break I think, will throw the cover over it until the new year, I still want to fit red seat belts and some 19" Lobsters although I think the wheel change would be better done with new lowered springs. The car is in original paint and therefore has a few minor stone chips to the front which I want to have corrected.
Obviously with all the suspension work the car now requires a full geo set up, its also booked on the ferry for Dinslaken, Cochem and Stuttgart next May.
So now to the wifes Boxster
Cheers, Paul
