I remember a similar one, along the lines of...
"Dear Deirdre, I wanted your advice on something. I left for an afternoon drive in my Porsche 997, then realised after a few minutes I'd forgotten my wallet. I returned home, and as I drove into our road I could see my wife in the driveway, chatting to our young gardener. I stopped the car, and jumped out and hid behind the rear of the car, and watched as they got closer... it was then that I noticed something that really scared me...
...the left tailpipe is a bit sooty... do you think I should check for borescore?"
