997.2 Gt3 cat d

I've been watching them and I have to disagree. I'd like to rephrase my comment and say the heat is coming out, they're still softening.
997.1 GT3 are back in the £70's from highs of £90's
997.1 GT3RS are back in the £120's vs highs of £160's
997 2 GT3 falling below £100k vs £115k
997.2 GT3RS are being seen below £150k vs £180's
997.2 GT3RS 4.0 £250k-£300k vs £450k or higher

I can't comment on the 996 or aircooled GT Market, but the above is a fair representation. The cars that are still advertised at the high e s have been there for a while

OPC Wolves had a non Club Sport 997.1 GT3 up for just shy of £90k which sold a few months back.

Right now, Br Exit is causing a general pause in spending. It is a case of being greedy when others are fearful if you want the best deals. This winter will be prime for that. The sheer numbers of 991 GT cars don't help either.

The longer term trend is not yet discernible.

A small but not insignificant point in the GT market is that one of the biggest players, JZM have halved their stock whilst their showrooms undergo a major refurb.

prices are definitely softening for (non collector cars), ie higher mileage and recorded cars etc

Brexit and 991 gt3/T models coming to market to extend the manual gt car production

Did the 997.1 gt3's really hit £90k? When was this? I've only been tracking values for the last few months whilst in the £70k's region

About 12-18 months ago. Still one at OPC Chester at those kinds of money.
