It's been driving me mad. I've owned my C2 for over 6 years. The paasenger door has always rattled. Many years ago I thought I found the cause. A lose screw on the sub woofer plastic casing. It improved but came back from tme to time. After many door card removals I finally nailed it. The door opening restrainer was touching the inner metal structure of the door when closed. I just bent the inner panel work at point of contact and the rattle has gone.
