Trying to expand my search radius and look further afield - preference would be a 997 - ideally Gen2 as from what I read they are more 'reliable' would a budget topping out at 35k get one or is it just unrealistic and should be aiming either for a solid 996 (without 6 year gaps!) or a Gen1 997 like this one?

Is there such a thing as a finding service anywhere? Would happily pay a chunk for sourcing, inspections and delivery.
Phil 997 said:As you seem to be happy to push your budget a bit , but noting your looking for a wide body car and one with 60k odd miles . you should consider something like this . wide body cars are always going to be a bit more money and the same in narrow body would be early 30k

Agreed, with Porschekit :thumb: normally a PPI will flag things that will more than cover the cost of the ppi in negotiation price. It wouldn't surprise me to see this car has been under porsche warranty for all or most of its life given the full opc history and general condition from the pics. :thumb: :thumb:

Thank you for the find, have fired off an enquiry to the garage tonight and will follow up with a call tomorrow.
Cheers,
Karl
