5th Millennium 996 RHD UK spec found

£14k trade in if you're lucky......

£15.5k private.

I'd keep it another 20 years and see.....

sorry - could not live with the interior colour at any price...

I make that 5 UK RHD cars
No 493 - Jersey Car
No 374 - Manual
No 373 - The only UK Tip
No 100 - Manual advertised last year

This one is 065 Manual 'Masiv W4nker'

If you know of any others please let me know

Spotted this at a local car show yesterday. Non-aero, but rear spats which is a bit odd. C2, manual, 110k miles and apparently valued at £30k by Porsche club GB. Condition at a glance was typically so-so. No. 538.

For anyone interested in UK numbers I make it 6 cars now

I make that 6 UK RHD cars
No 493 - Jersey Car
No 374 - Manual
No 373 - The only UK Tip
No 100 - Manual advertised last year
No 41 - I think its a C16 as bonnet label looks like mine
No 65 - Mr Winker

thanks for the post.

They all were C4 i think. Car looks to have silver calipers .Badge on dash is wrong?. Steering wheel is wrong?. Phone is wrong colour. Does look like the right colour interior though

Car has had a new front screen fitted with correct green flash. And a second hand rear screen I had.

We fitted some amber lights from my other 996 and it went straight through a MOT which Im pleased about.

Still havent drove it on the road though :nooo:

Hi All,

haha 3 RHD in the UK...I do not think so unfortunately...Chalk another one up...I have one. Automatic (Tip) with 87k miles.

Worth holding onto to or getting rid?? Also, what could I look to get for it? Good condition.

Thoughts welcome.

Cheers,
John

Got a whiff of antifreeze the when the car was hot having its emissions done.

So front bumper is off to look at the front radiators. Looked like it had never been off to clean the ducts with lots of leafs etc. One has a slight leek not enough to drip. The other has one vein that has expanded crushing the fins.

On a more positive note front tub looks undamaged and the calipers look mint. I will do the discs and pads when I finally put the car on the road, which could be a while.

Second hand rads going on. Both BEHR originals. One on the left looks brand new, one on right off a low mileage car. Fitted to Winkers original frames which are rot free. I am using the cars original fans which are both still working on low speed :D Also swopped the air con rads

Reviving an old thread, but wanted to add another RHD I picked up:

064
RHD
Manual
V-reg (1999)

Clearly would have been worked on at the same time as 065.

Will detail restoration on my insta @ninedetails

P.S 333 is a rhd in Singapore

Looks like the one that was on ebay recently with engine issues. Lovely looking car - congrats & best wishes with the resto.

It's a really nice car inside and out. 11 OPC services and then the same Porsche specialist serviced it 5 times since. Doesn't need much, just the engine issue resolved, otherwise it's clean and had been invested in. The seller inherited it so just wanted to find it the right new home to get her back on the road. I'll update its progress on insta @ninedetails.
