997.1 water pump options

Hi everyone,
My water pump is knackered and I'm looking to fit a new one over the weekend.
I've read that the general advice is to stick with an OEM pump rather than a cheaper alternative but the original pumps appear to fail quite early too!
Has anyone a preference? I've been looking at Meyle and pierburg......
Any info would be great 👍
