Hey guys, anyone upgraded the exhaust on a 993 Turbo?

Looking at improving the exhaust note as the current exhaust sound is extremely muted. Not looking for something ridiculously loud though!

Independent dealer has recommended the Carnewal Turbo RSR Exhaust (brand new mufflers) - anyone recommend another good option?

Thanks in advance

I'm picking up my c2s with new SCART cat/exhaust on Thursday, they do a turbo exhaust too I believe which gets equally good reviews

I think it's difficult to get the same/similar sound from a Turbo vehicle that you do from NA car, though I'm sure there's way in which you can improve.

I think the nature of the blowers does take away from the NA sound.

You pays your money and all that,

Nick, that does indeed sound lovely :worship:

I have the carnewal RSR's if you want to hear them on my 993tt.
I'm 2 miles from Slough if you want to have a listen.

I'm not that far (NW London) - will drop you a PM and arrange a 'listen'!
