Buying from Yorkshire

The warranty that redline offer (free of charge) is limited to £500 like previously posted. So at least the cup holder will be covered😩There are other warranty options that they offer that they say are better value than the official Porsche warranty. ? I will have to see what they have to say tomorrow.

Regardless of any warranty they offer they will be liable for any major issues for 6 months anyway so I'd keep my fingers crossed for 90 days and then, assuming it's a standard car, put a Porsche Warranty on it.

Catherine ,keep us posted and we need pics when you collect it :thumb: :thumb:

Rubbish photo but I got it?

Great looking car, is that a young F1 driver👍

Congratulations! I looked at that car a few weeks ago and thought it was good for the money :thumb: nothing wrong with redline I've bought from them, I wanted an independent check and they had no problem in sending the car to my preferred Indy Strasse. More pics needed!

:congrats: and a belated :welcome: to 911uk.

Is it your first Porsche?

Nice looking car. Six owners on something which is very much likely to be a low-mileage, second (or third) car is not unusual at that age/mileage and nothing to be concerned about if the rest of the history looks good.

I can only second the advice about the dealer to be avoided.

I'd beg to differ on them being the Indy of choice in this neck of the woods though. I find Nelson's in Stockton better.

Just my 2p.

Seconded, and by a few others on here too.

or David @ car-tech & care just south of Scotch Corner

I'm away this weekend but will post some better photos once I've had chance to give it a good detailing.
T8- I used to have a 993 a few years ago. A tractor drove into the side of it😩

Yes it's awsome. Not quite as quick as the Turbo S but just as thirsty😁
