I wonder how long it will be till this review is removed?!

Assume you mean this review. Doesnt sound great, however conscious we only have one-side of the story

I bought a Car from Luke, IMS blew on way home 3miles from Friends Green Porsches which meant the car needed a new engine , after some discussions he agreed to exchange the Car for a different one. This took a-lot of negotiation I had to seek legal advice to get to this point.
This is not why am giving him a 2 star review ,I feel this situation was bad luck although he could of handled it better.
For my new car I waited nearly 3 months which I didn't mind for the right car.
It needed a few things done before collecting it most jobs were done perfectly but he left himself down on some of the smaller jobs.I paid for these small jobs.

1) I paid extra for the front bumper to be resprayed I was told the bumper would be removed for painting but you could see they painted it on the car, there were lots of marks around the lights I showed Luke he wasn't bothered,
2) The bumper was damaged at the bottom left and had been touched in. I did not notice this until 2 days after collection I sent pictures to Luke he said knew it happened while it was being loaded on a trailer to transport to the mechanic. Luke knew this had happened but failed to inform me or have it repaired .

3) The wheels were refurbished by Friends Green Porsche's as part of the original sale. The lacquer on the wheels has now started to peel off on all 4 wheels just 7 months after collection I've contacted Luke but he has ignored my messages I have sent pictures but he is not interested.
I think Luke lost money on the this deal due to the 1st Car engine blowing and I feel for him for that but I never did anything wrong I paid asking price for the Car and it was under warranty ( he said it wasn't to begin with my legal advice told me it was under consumer law which he eventually agreed.)
I've decided to take my car to be repaired elsewhere and move on as this is going to cost me hundreds. I am 80% happy with the Car 20% is only cosmetic.
This dealer at the time was not registered under the motor ombudsman.
I would urge people to use one that is or save money and buy private.

Just read the loooong thread on this company and wish I had joined this site before.I'm not going to air my issues here (yet) but if I had read the reviews about this company before I would have certainly been more vigilant during the purchase process.

Mike theres another thread running currently with issues from the same dealer over faulty equipment supplied :nooo: :nooo:

Have been to see 'Young Master Luke' recently.... not a good experience.

Customer service experience - 0

He has learned nothing from this thread.

IMO, its not really a Porsche specialist dealership. Its more a young rich kid trying to flog a few old porsches.

For example, the descriptions are either copied and pasted or outright lies as none of the cars I looked at were as described.

I know we are talking about used cars and so you expect them to be not brand new, but if you take the time to write on your own website that a car 'The bodywork is in wonderful condition throughout', you don't really expect them have any dents, or poorly fixed work when you view them..
