Steering wheel holes

Just noticed 2 holes on the side of the steering wheel.
It's a 991.2 gts has anyone else got them?
Had cruise control retro fitted at the opc .

on the 997 it has one hole underneath and this is where you push a tool up to release the wheel from the column , I am thinking it may be a different design for the 991.2 but serve the same purpose ,you wouldnt have seen them prior to fitting the cruise as they are covered by a thin membrane which has to be opened to get the wheel off which would have needed to happen for the cruise retrofit :thumb:

Spot on .. we have to puncture the holes to get the wheel off .. very few customers actually notice but im afraid there is no choice .
