cheapo ebay manfiolds

I've just bought some today too!

Was planning on using a Dremel with a carbide cone grinding wheel.

Could you let me know how that goes? I've tried carbide burrs before, and they skip off the rough bits into the dips, as opposed to smoothing the high points off.

Cheers

Are you trying too small a grinding stone? Thy the largest diameter that will fit in the available space and it is less likely to skip around. Also, don't press to hard on it, use it lightly and let the Dremel do the work.

Sounds good advice. Ok i will try that.

Cheers
