My passenger side wiper wont return to starting position, i.e. it stays on the passenger side. Anyone had this happen?

im assuming its a trip to the garage and a new motor but holding out some hope of a quick fix!
 
Is the spindle moving if you remove the arm? Hopefully it just needs the nut tightening.
