Arguably the best wheels for a 997 but expensive to fit to a car without CL.

Ah yes very good point about the CLs. A great alternative would be Fuchs - suit the 911 silhouette perfectly imo.

Love Fuchs on 997 I think they add a bit of classic status 👍

Yes, like them a lot. Could be tempted if my boat came in but would have to keep the std alloys also for future originality / value.

I've been impressed with BBS F1. Improve handling markedly especially with GT2 RS rear arb and GT2 RS tyres.

Ahhhh! Stop baiting me with the BBS F1's..... They look awesome, but I can't justify the outlay. I'm still considering GT2 wheels in Weiss Gold as I think they would look great on my Atlas Grey car.

I've never really liked the standard Gen 1 wheels and mine are starting to get white worm so I need to do something to improve the look. Hmmm.

I personally don't mind the gen1 wheels but I had them on my C4S and really wanted a change. Currently have the GT2 wheels on mine and really like them. I had also planned to get them done in weiss gold (they are currently black) but they had just been refurbished by exel wheels and were perfect so i am going to leave them black for a bit.

This colour looks good too...

They don't look right to me, the wheels are to sat in and the car sits to high for them, Ill take back what I said earlier :thumb:

Agreed. The GT3 fronts are fine but you need GT2RS/ GT3RS rears which have a different offset for the WB. The ones in the photo are GT3 rears which are for NB so look lost in the arches. Needs lowering as well.

Even the WB ones still sit further into the arches than aftermarket or 5 bolt OEMs with spacers........Only have poor iPhone pics of mine but here it is........

Yeah , these look great on the Turbo .... I think these are my next investment ....!!

I prefer 5 stud wheels , the C/Ls are just to tricky to get on and off .....
