Just wanted to see what the consensus was regarding tyres.

I don't fancy Perelli's as find them nervous in the wet on previous cars.

I have quotes for the following N branded tyres fitted

Continentals - £784

Bridgestone - £766

Michelin - £885

I have also quote for Michilen Supersports and Pilot 4s both at £862

I have had the same type of continentals and Bridgestones on other cars (obviously not N branded) and find them both perfectly acceptable with the Conti have a slight edge.
I currently have the Conti's on my 997.1S and they are ok but wondering if people think it is worth spending the extra on Michelins, they do state they last longer.

If you're under warranty N rated
If not MP4S
It's worth the extra pennies

I would go further, burn the warranty and get michelins - ps4s or pss, totally transforms the car

PS4S

But seriously, this was discussed about last week, so search the forum......

What will we talk about, other than tyres and depreciation?

How the 997.1 isn't a timebomb and is brilliant.

How to respond to a work colleague who has a base model tesla and constantly wants to blather on about how its faster than a 911

But milk floats are quaint/timeless. Maybe just allow him to mouth off whilst you crack on with your work in a cool, understated and eye catching way - like the car you drive. Willy waving went out with the Pit Girls.
