What did you buy your 997 this week?

Got my self a set of GT3 style door handles and I can tell ya the quality is robust. The weaving matches the colour of my seatbelts which compliments it :thumb: Now need to send them and the spears to wicked coatings for a good paint work.. 😁

Took my turbo for a minor service yesterday (£500 for the pleasure!). On the plus side - unknown to me the car has a Porsche warranty on it (previous seller didn't mention anything) so any niggles will be sorted by OPC :worship:

Got a read out of the rev range data also 0 overrevs in ranges 4, 5 and 6. But a handful in range 3 - would this be a big issue when coming to renewing warranty?

Range 3 can be if it's a manual. They might want to do additional tests.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll pick it up with the OPC and report back if anyone else is interested.

Sid, Pretty sure that Porsche are happy if those overrevs were more than 200hours ago from a warranty renewal perspective :thumb:

Washed it and did my 6 month Sonax Protect & Shine. Shiney :D

Gaz I think it is one of the better protectants that I have used and I have used many plus it is so easy to apply and with a top up of the Sonax Brilliant Shine detailer it beads water all year round!
