hi. i have a fault with a airbag on a porsche 2005 997 c2 trip
this is the what come up on the diagnostic software

"8034 - Passenger's thorax airbag below lower limit" (not no more!)

i believe it is the seat airbag, this has replaced with a new one.
could the fault be the wire in the seat?

any help would be great!

many thanks

Don't mess with airbags if you don't know what you are doing. They are quite literally explosive.
Leave it to a workshop.

Are you sure?

As said above do not mess with air bag system ! These are for qualified technicians only.

It maybe a wiring fault to the airbag or such but unplugging and plugging back in a number of times can make them go off..! seen this before in a garage :(

Get it looked at by OPC or experienced indy. Are you anywhere in NW ?

Thanks for the info Lads. I have fix it anyways. All i did was replace a seat airbag wire. A cost of £80. I reset the airbag light with a OBD software.

Save my self a fortune!
