I've got V1 CGH on retention - its not far off :?:
 
C2 RHJ is currently on a Vauxhall insignia.... good luck! I think the odds of you finding the owner are slim.

Didn't C2 RHJ recently crash into you and you need to trace the owner....?

Last MOTed by the VX dealer in Ludlow, and probably serviced by them too.

Doesn't seem to have changed owner since - might be worth asking if they'd be kind enough to pass on your details...
