997.1 Turbo for 90K

In comparison to 997 gen 2 turbos - gen 1's are looking very good value. I would have to pay £20-30K extra or on top of the value of mine to get into a gen 2 PDK. I would expect to see gen 1 turbos to continue to climb (I'am hoping :) )

That`s an acquired taste however £200k no sports seats I`m oot :D

Phill guna love that rear wing

Exactly £77k too much build spend on this one I reckon.

It also costs more than the white higher spec one that the same dealer has listed. Admittedly that has more mileage.

OK, I'm not getting this at all! As nice a car as this is, why does it cost more than a 991.1 Turbo S and about the same price as as a 991.2 Turbo S? It doesn't even have Sports seats let alone Adaptives!

Relatively rare, and more desirable than the 991 models, but hey, it's only worth what someone will pay for it.. :thumb:

If I'm not mistaken this car was bought from the original owner in Scotland by The Yorkshire Porsche Specialist for around £57k. They then advertised the car for around £69k ish
The car then disappeared and has now reasooearwd for £85k
Absolute joke

I think its the same car as well - as I was interested in it when it was being sold privately in Aberdeen. Could not arrange a viewing as the seller was on holiday, then YCP put a deposit down.

Really? Interesting.

I think we should all ask Daniel E on live chat at the same time, why this car is soooooo much? That will teach him for being greedy :floor: :floor: :floor: :floor:

Anyway, car prices are much like the last days of the Roman Empire, the dealers are fiddling while Rome burns, and anyone sitting on high levels of overpriced stocks this time next year, will be in some trouble... imo, ymmv etc...

100% agree with you

And when N/A 993's are being advertised for £80K+ that makes no sense to me either - i suppose that at least the 997T is the right side of those in value terms? :bandit:
IMHO, turbos have always been the bargain of the 911 range
